Chris Francis grew up in Murray, Utah and attended Murray High School. After high school, Chris served an LDS Mission to Toulouse France. Upon returning from France, Chris reconnected with his best friend, Jimmy Rex, and worked for him briefly selling steaks and seafood door to door.
At this time Jimmy introduced Chris to the woman that would become his wife, Makelle. Chris and Michelle were the first buyers that Jimmy sold a home to in 2005. As Jimmy's real estate business grew Chris began working for the Rex Real Estate Team in 2007 handling the administrative side of the business.
Chris is a licensed real estate agent and his main responsibilities include preparing contract paperwork and ensuring legal compliance, coordinating the transaction from offer to closing, listing and marketing homes for sale, showing homes to buyers and organizing client appreciation and charitable events.
Chris and Makelle live in Murray with their four children (Dean, Ryan, Claire, and Liv) and enjoy vacationing to warm beaches, investing in real estate, watching movies and playing games with family and friends, especially trivia games.

Tyler Bennett has a vast experience in real estate and lending. He currently holds a mortgage license, real estate license, and an insurance license, all in the State of Utah.
Over the past 10 years, he has successfully helped investment buyers purchase and rent over 4000 single family residences. He is personally active in many forms of real estate including rentals, repositioning, developing, and the buying and selling of many types of assets. He also owns an insurance office and with his wife, Leigh, owns award-winning Amara Day Spa Salon & Boutique, which has several locations and employs over 115 people. He is active in mortgages, personally transacting over $300 million in volume and managing teams that have produced over $900 million.
Tyler serves on the board of directors of a water company and enjoys being actively involved in securing clean, healthy water to the residents of the HOA. Tyler and Leigh live in Lindon, Utah with their four children.
